When you have questions, we believe that you should be able to speak directly with Dr. Paolini and in a timely manner. Our office text line goes directly to Dr. Paolini’s cell phone after hours giving you the ability to get a quick response, even on weekends!

We don’t treat diagnoses, we treat people. We feel that there are two experts in the room. We will provide you with information on your condition and its treatment options. Your help directs us to form the best possible treatment plan for you as an individual, whether a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or retiree. To reach your goals, we need to work together. Decisions about your care will be made in partnership with you.
Compassion
We believe that you should be seen in our office in an efficient timely manner without long waits. Your time is just as important as ours. To ensure this we do not “over-book” patients. You will always work directly with Dr. Paolini.
